PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a handle member 3 compact in size. SOLUTION: A helical first display member 5 is integrally rotatably mounted on a base body 2 fixed to a main body 61 side of an open/close valve 6 and a helical second display member 4 is integrally rotatably mounted on the handle member 3 fixed to a rotation shaft 63 for conducting an open/close operation. The first display member 5 and the second display member 4 are positioned so that band bodies mutually overlap. As the first display member 5 and the second display member 4 are provided in a manner movable in a rotation shaft direction, their relative positions changes according to rotation of the handle member3 but their stored positions in the handle member 3 do not change.
