PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device for separately controlling each of system by effectively reducing pulse pressure of a brake circuit of each of the system and absorbing a pressure difference between the brake circuits, while preventing complication of the device and an increase of the number of parts items. SOLUTION: A first discharge circuit is provided with a first orifice, and a second discharge circuit is provided with a second orifice. A first branch passage is provided to be divided from the way between a pump and the first orifice, and a second branch passage is provided to be divided from the way between the pump and the second orifice. A variable capacity part having a cylinder and a piston is provided, and the variable capacity part has a first capacity chamber and a second capacity chamber divided impossible to communicate with each other by the piston and the cylinder. The first branch passage is connected to the first capacity chamber, and the second branch passage is connected to the second capacity chamber.
