PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-run protector mounting structure of a vehicle capable of improvement of rigidity/strength without increasing the weight of under-run protectors. SOLUTION: This under-run protector mounting structure 3 is furnished with a chassis frame 4, the front under-run protector 5 arranged in the front or the rear of the chassis frame 4 and extending in the car widthwise direction, a bracket 6 to fix the front under-run protector 5 on the chassis frame 4 and a support part 7 interposed between the front under-run protector 5 and the bracket 6. The support part 7 has a first plate part 31 arranged on the side of the front under-run protector 5 and a second plate part 32 arranged on the side of the bracket 6 of the first plate part 31, and the first plate part 31is formed wider in the car widthwise direction than the second plate part 32.
