PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance foreign matter entry prevention effect by a cover member without increasing the sliding resistance of a slide member. SOLUTION: The slide rail structure for the vehicle has a rail member 10 being a rail structure for slide-guiding a seat 1, installed on a vehicle body floor F and having an opening 15; and the cover members 30, 40 for covering/hiding the opening 15. The rail member 10 has hanging down surface parts 14a, 14b and the opening 15 is formed between them. In the cover members 30, 40, hard fixing parts 31, 41 and soft shutting off parts 32, 42 are integrally molded. The fixing parts 31, 41 have projection portions 31b, 41b projected to the inside of the opening 15 than the hanging down surface parts 14a, 14b. The shutting off parts 32, 42 are projected to upper side of the projection portions 31b, 41b and are supported by these and downward deformation is restricted. Clearance dimensions t1, t2 between the projection portions 31b, 41b and the leg parts 21a, 21b are larger than a rattling dimension between the rail member 10 and the slide member 20.
