PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable and energy-saving toilet seat device capable of absorbing impact caused when a user sits on a toilet seat, providing comfortable feeling to sit even if the user sits thereon over a long time, and avoiding the usage of useless electric power for heating the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat is provided with a sitting part which includes an elastic member 13 and a sheet 11 for covering the elastic member 13, so as to be arranged on the upper surface of the toilet seat 6 freely removably mounted on the upper surface of a toilet bowl 10. A sheet heating element 12, which is obtained by forming an electrode 24 and a polymeric resistance body 23 by printing pattern, is stored inside the sitting part. The sheet heating element 12 includes a flexible deformation absorbing means 32 which is changed to meet the flexible deformation of the sitting part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
