PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion section detachable type endoscope system which can surely and easily perform the attachment/detachment of a pipeline system. SOLUTION: This insertion section detachable type endoscope system 1 includes an endoscope 2 having an operation section 11 and an insertion section 12 which is detachable from the operation section 11, and a controlling device 3 for controlling the endoscope 2. The insertion section detachable type endoscope system 1 is equipped with an air-blowing tube 41 and a water-feeding tube 42, an air-blowing relay tube 46 and a water-feeding relay tube 47, air-blowing/water-feeding mouthpiece 49, and an air-blowing/water-feeding connector 52. In this case, the air-blowing tube 41 and the water-feeding tube 42 are provided in the insertion section 12. With the air-blowing relay tube 46 and the water-feeding relay tube 47, the air-blowing tube 41 and the water-feeding tube 42 are connected. The air-blowing/water-feeding mouthpiece 49 is provided on the proximal end sides of the air-blowing relay tube 46 and the water-feeding relay tube 47. The air-blowing/water-feeding connector 52 is attached to/detached from an air-blowing/water-feeding connector connecting section 67 of a controlling device 3 in the lateral direction, and is used to attach/detach the air-blowing/water-feeding mouthpiece 49 in the vertical direction to the front surface of the controlling device 3.
