The invention relates to a magnet valve, having a valve insert and a tappet which is guided movably via a tappet guide in the valve insert and which is braced via a restoring spring on a valve body, and the restoring spring acts between a first contact face of the tappet and a second contact face on the valve body. According to the invention, fixation means which define a position of the restoring spring relative to the tappet and the valve body are disposed on the second contact face of the valve body.
