Venous therapeutic preparation (I) for topical application, comprises plant extracts of Gingko biloba, Hamamelis virginiana and Vitis vinifera as active agent, and at least a hydroxymethyl- and/or hydroxyethyl derivative of rutin and/or rutoside, preferably troxerutin or oxerutin. ACTIVITY : Vasotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
