A case structure of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent rotatory friction between oil and a rotor by improving oil flow. A first case(1) and a second case(3) are coupled with each other. An oil guide groove(7) is formed at the first case in order to be opened toward the second case and to close a lower direction of an inside of an automatic transmission case. The oil guide groove is formed by a protruded rib(9) which is protruded from the first case to the second case. The protruded rib is extended from an inner circumference of the first case to the second case. An inner circumference of a case spline of the second case is partially inserted into the oil guide groove.
