PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which saves on a space by suppressing an increase of the number of component items. SOLUTION: The connector 10 is equipped with a connector body 11 composed of an insulating material and conductive contacts 12 integrally assembled to the connector body 11. The connector body 11 is constituted of a first housing 17 to support the contacts 12, and a second housing 18 connected with the first housing 17 from below. Leads 16 of the contacts 12 assembled to the first housing 17 are extended into a connection chamber of the second housing 18 arranged below the first housing 17. Female connectors are inserted into insertion mouths to this connection chamber, whereby electric wires of the female connectors are connected to the leads 16 of the contacts 12.
