PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member capable of being demounted from a mounted object by performing prescribed operation to a demounting portion which is hardly seen in a mounted state. SOLUTION: This mounting member comprises an engaging portion 124a capable of being engaged with an edge portion F1a of a first opening portion F1 formed on a front face portion F made of steel, a disengaging portion 124b capable of releasing an engagement state of the engaging portion 124a, and a functionally indispensable second opening portion 11, and the disengaging portion 124b is positioned at the depth with respect to the front edge portion of the first opening portion F1 in the mounted state, and accessible through the second opening portion 11.
