PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a photographic printing device capable of yielding a high-quality print by eliminating the action of external force even when long-length photosensitive material is exposed. SOLUTION: The leading edge of the long-length photosensitive material fed from the part of a cutter unit 15 is held by the holding member 18 of a holding mechanism 19 and fed to an exposure unit U2, and then photographic paper P is fed out further from the part of the cutter unit 15 even after feeding it to the exposure unit U2, whereby looseness is formed at the middle part of the photographic paper P. Braking force is made to act on a guide roller 46 when cutting the photographic paper P by the cutter unit 15 after starting exposure to the photographic paper P by the exposure unit U2 in a state where the projecting side of the loosened part is brought into contact with a loop guide 41, and the guide roller 46 is brought into contact with a recessed side.
