PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage and degradation of commercial value of a conveyance target by high pressure pneumatic conveyance. SOLUTION: A longitudinal inflow cylinder 19 is provided in an upper part of a cylindrical tank part 17. A conveyance target conveying cylinder 1A out of conveying cylinders 1 connected to an air intake part 3 of a blower 2 and conveying the conveyance target T by suction and conveyance air is connected to the inflow cylinder 19. An exhaust port 20 for exhausting conveyance air inside the tank part 17 is formed on an upper side face of the tank part 17. An air exhaust cylinder 1B out of the conveying cylinders 1 is connected to the exhaust port 20. The lower end of the inflow cylinder 19 is positioned below the exhaust port 20 leaving a predetermined space and is opened downward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
