PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a piping connecting structure for heat source fluid input and output and to improve installing work efficiency and an arranging property of outside fluid piping while preventing a rise in cold air temperature caused by the heat radiation of a rotary heating heat exchanger at maximum cooling. SOLUTION: This air conditioning device to adjust a blow-out air temperature by changing a rotating position of the heat exchanger for heating is constituted by constituting piping forming inlet channels 26a, 33a to make a heat source fluid flow into the heat exchanger 15 for heating 15 and piping forming output channels 25a, 32a to make the heat source fluid flow out of the heat exchanger 15 for heating of a coaxial double piping structure 16, constituting the heat exchanger 15 for heating free to rotate around a central axis○of the coaxial double piping structure 16 and constituting an inlet channel opening and closing mechanism 39 to close the inlet channels 26a, 33a when the heat exchanger 15 for heating is operated to rotate to a maximum cooling position on the coaxial double piping structure 16.
