PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet or the like having a high added value in designing which makes the shining degree of a fluorescent light emitted by a decorative design changeable when a visible angle (seeing direction) is changed, or the sheet is bent or the like. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 1 is equipped with a base sheet 3, and a decorative design 2 which is applied on the sheet surface 32 of the base sheet 3 and emits the fluorescent light. The base sheet 3 contains a fluorescent substance which emits the fluorescent light. The decorative design 2 is constituted of the printing section which is provided by raising on the sheet surface 32 by the screen printing.
