The present invention relates to a postural proprioceptive orthopaedic sole. It is characterized in that it comprises a means arranged so as to exert a pressure either on the tendons at the necks of the metatarsal heads or on the subscaphoid-calcaneus zone via an overthickness of between one and four millimetres so as to stimulate the reflex zone of the foot at this site. The invention makes it possible to produce standard soles as a function only of foot size, either for excitatory purposes or for inhibitory purposes as needed. |
