The device has software to produce a control algorithm for laser treatment on the basis of the following initial parameters of the eye which can be corrected. The parameters are based on the pre-operative pressure value of the cornea, callosity, near vision, and far vision, photoptical pupil diameter, and a measured pupil diameter. An aberration of the pre-operative cornea, callosity is represented on the basis of the values of Z (4,0) and Z (3, +-1) polynomials in a Zernike polynomial. An independent claim is included for a method for the adjustment of the lens profile of a contact lens at a cornea of an eye and for the additional correction of a Presbyopie.
