<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information processor capable of exposing a component element, without having to detach a storage device from a processor body and completely securing the shock-resistance performance of the storage device. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor (1) is equipped with the processor main body (2) in which the component element (13), having a predetermined function is housed; the storage device (20) in which given information is stored; a holder (21) which supports the storage device (20); and a hinge member (28) which is provided between the holder (21) and the body (2). The hinge member (28) is turnably supported on the body (2) so as to move between a first position, where the storage device (20) covers over the component element (13) and a second position, where the storage device (20) is separated from the component element (13).
