<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe clamp structure which can stably and securely fix a pipe with a heat insulator, which is provided with the heat insulator on its outer periphery, by a one-touch type clamp over the long run. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe clamp 1 of the pipe clamp structure is provided with a base 10 and nearly semi-cylindrical insertion pieces 11A, 11B which are provided upright with possible oscillation on both sides of the base 10. Then an engagement convexity 11a is provided at the tip of one side of the insertion pieces 11A, 11B, and an engagement concavity 11b is provided at the tip of the other side of the insertion pieces 11A, 11B. The engagement concavity 11b is engaged with the engagement convexity 11a. Then the pipe 3 with the heat insulator, which is provided with the heat insulator 31 on its outer periphery, is fixed by the pipe clamp 1. In the part for fixing the pipe 3 with the heat insulator, at least a circumferential discontinuous part K is formed along the longitudinal direction of the member. Then the tips 2a, 2b of the discontinuous part K have an overlapping part S along the circumference, and the pipe is fixed by the pipe clamp 1 in a state that a sleeve member 2, the diameter of which can be freely expanded or contracted elastically by external forces, is externally engaged with the pipe 3 with the heat insulator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
