<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deep-frying soybeans through peeling off dry soybean skin, making the peeled soybeans absorb a seasoning liquid and crisply and softly deep-frying the soybeans containing seasoning liquid in edible oil at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This method for deep-frying soybeans comprises 1. using hot water and water differently for dry soybeans to make creases on the skin into a bag-like shape, and peeling off the soybeans by a skin peeling machine, 2. soaking the peeled soybeans in the seasoning liquid taking time to adjust the whole taste as merchandise, 3. deep-frying the peeled soybeans in high-temperature edible oil to momentarily evaporate moisture and make hollow in each part of the soybean, and crisply and softly finishing the soybeans as merchandise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
