PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like capable of evaluating a photographed image with various photographed scenes, based on features such as a photographed condition and the like of an object. SOLUTION: This device or the like has an evaluation information storage means for storing evaluation information for expressing a correspondence relation of correlating a plurality of view point data extracted from a plurality of image data comprising the photographed image of the object, and information added to the image, according to a prescribed view point for evaluating the object, with a plurality of evaluation result data having the photographed object in each of the plurality of image data evaluated in the prescribed view point, an image acquisition means for acquiring the photographed image with the one photographed object, and a metadata, an image information extracting means for extracting an evaluation data from the photographed image or the metadata, according to the prescribed view point, and an evaluation point calculating means for calculating an evaluation point obtained by evaluating the one object photographed in the photographed image, according to the prescribed view point, based on one or more of the evaluation result data corresponding to one or more of the view point data substantially consistent with the evaluation data.
