PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new urethane (meth)acrylate useful for applications requiring water vapor barrier property, paintable and easily curable with active energy rays or heat. SOLUTION: The urethane (meth)acrylate is represented by general formula (1). Wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is H or methyl; A<SP>1</SP>and A<SP>2</SP>are each independently a substituent-having benzene ring or the like; and B<SP>1</SP>is a bisphenol A skeleton or the like.
