PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding apparatus by which assembly parts are accurately welded, even when they are complicated in shape and their welding portions are heated and welded while their non-welding portions are surely heat-insulated. SOLUTION: The mold K is composed of a mold K1 holding the frame member 12 and a mold K2 arranged in a way to be freely movable relative to the mold K1. The frame member 12 is insert-molded by clamping the frame member 12 in the cavity 20 formed by the mold K1 and the mold K2 and filling the cavity with a resin 14. The clamp widthϕ1 of the frame member of the cavity formation part of the K1 matches with the finished outer dimension of the molding 10. The clamp widthϕ2 of the frame member of the cavity formation part of the mold K2 is wider than the clamp widthϕ1 of the frame member of the cavity formation part of the mold K1.
