TWO SPLIT DIES FOR FORMING SQUARE WIRE, AND SQUARE WIRE MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a square wire with a small drawing force/a large draft. SOLUTION: A pair of two split dies (10a, 10b) for forming a square wire face each other. A round wire (M0) is passed through a square hole formed by first reduction triangular grooves (11a, 11b), first straight triangular grooves (12a, 12b), second reduction triangular grooves (21a, 21b), and second straight triangular grooves (22a, 22b) to obtain a square wire (K2). The two split dies (10a, 10b) for forming the square wire are oscillated with the opposite phases in the diagonal direction.
