PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle easily adjusting the length of a belt body to be short or long length. SOLUTION: The buckle A is formed by supported the both ends of a connecting element 3, each freely rotatably on a front buckle body 1 and a rear buckle body 2, a belt body 4 interwoven with synthetic resin fibers, as a flat braided cord, is used as a belt attached with the buckle A, the rear buckle body 2 of the buckle A and the connecting element 3 are attached on one of the outside of the turnup of the belt body 4, and an end part 4a of the turnup belt body 4 is set on one side 5a of an adjusting ring 5. When projected length of the other end part 4b of the belt body 4 inserted between the surface buckle body 1 and a connecting element 3 is long, positioning of the rear buckle body 2 and positioning of the adjusting ring 5 are performed.
