A method for producing image effect subject to viewing angle has the image printed onto a substrate and coated with lacquer and subjected to a raster type spatial pattern with forms mini lenses. The raster is applied using a UV activated lacquer and provides a cost effective process for large format images. The images can be applied online or off line.
