<p>The present invention features compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same that are useful for modulating p53 activity. The invention further provides methods for inhibiting the biological activity of p53 and for treating diseases such as, for instance, cancer, cell death caused all or in part by cancer treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation thereapy, neuron cell death, stroke, Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's Disease.</p> |
