A swash plate supporting part of a swash plate type axial piston hydraulic pump is provided to attach a metal material for absorbing impurities to a side of the supporting part, thereby reducing abrasion caused by friction in the movement of the swash plate, which is in close contact with the supporting part. A swash plate supporting part of a swash plate type axial piston hydraulic pump includes first and second bearing mounting parts(91,92) apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the swash plate supporting part and respectively having arc-forming curved parts. First and second bearing parts(93,94) are formed in the shape complementary with the curved parts of the first and second bearing mounting parts and in close contact with the first and second bearing mounting parts to contact a swash plate. First and second bolts such as flat-headed bolts(95,96) are inserted into coupling holes(h1-h4) formed in the centers of the curved parts of the first and second bearing mounting part and the first and second bearings for fixing the first and second bearings to the first and second bearing mounting parts. The first and second bearings are made of copper alloy.
