<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flavoring oil not only emitting good flavor when cooking but also flavorful even when eating after cooking, in the case of using for dishes such as steak and stir-fried dishes. <P>SOLUTION: The flavoring oil is obtained by thickening viscosity of seasoning oil followed by adding particles and paste of spices.
