<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell which prevents duct blockage and flooding by exhausting droplets from a cell before they reach an electrode or exhausting them quickly from a separator gas duct. <P>SOLUTION: This solid polymer fuel cell comprises a separator for separating anode gas and cathode gas, and a solid polymer electrolyte membrane.
