<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device capable of reducing surface pressure received by an occupant. <P>SOLUTION: The occupant crash protection device 1 is provided with a webbing 4 with a tongue having the tongue 3 fixed to a seat 2; and a first retractor 5 for winding the webbing 4 with the tongue. The first retractor 5 has a first storage port 7 for storing the webbing 4 with the tongue. The first storage port 7 is formed to a slit shape extending along the height direction of the seat 2 in order to draw the wide webbing 4 with the tongue. In such an occupant crash protection device 1, the webbing 4 with the tongue is drawn out of the first storage port 7 along the width direction of the seat 2 and connected to a buckle 6 fixed to the seat 2.
