<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic arrangement of hardware components so that an entire processing scale is optimized in integrating operation by which software processing and hardware processing are executed in parallel and thus to improve the design efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Common software components and hardware components are managed on component databases 5 and 6, the respective components are extracted in accordance with design data in a related component data extraction part 2, the necessity of parallel execution of the hardware components used integrated with the software is determinded by evaluating execution timing of the software to be executed in parallel in a time for processing operation part 3 and, on the basis of the result, a minimum configuration of the hardware components is determined in a system data composition part 4. That is, the timing with which the software and hardware processing to be executed in parallel is evaluated to calculate the minimum number of used hardware components which cannot be executed in parallel and a scale of used hardware part is suppressed to the minimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
