PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing for guaranteeing smooth rotation and revolution of a roller, when a pair of races relatively rotate, by preventing a specific surface of the roller from continuously abutting on the same position of the races, by rotating and revolving the roller by vibration, even when the pair of races synchronously rotate. SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing 100 has the pair of annular ring-shaped races 1 and 4, a plurality of rollers 3 arranged between the pair of races 1 and 4, and a cage (not shown) of radially arranging the plurality of rollers 3. A plurality of strips of waviness 2 inclined by a predetermined angle in the radial direction are formed on a surface abutting on the roller 3 of one race (for example, the race 1) among the pair of races 1 and 4.
