PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin lighting device lighting a cabin front portion without obstructing the sight of a driver. SOLUTION: On a front passenger seat side side wall of a center console cover 11 provided at a middle of a driver's seat and a front passenger seat, an LED21 structuring a console lighting device is provided. The LED21 is turned on by being energized from a power supply 34 while interlocking with lighting of a width lamp of a vehicle. When the driver rotates the center console cover 11 around a hinge 12 to tilt upward, light irradiated from the LED21 moves upward. However, if the light reaches an upper side of an instrument panel, a fixed terminal plate 31 and a rotating terminal plate 32 of an irradiation regulating mechanism are separated to turn off the LED21, so that the light can be prevented from reflecting from a front screen glass and obstructing the sight of the driver.
