PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine enhancing a game player's amusement by effectively utilizing a space of the back of the game board to the full with no hindrance to horizontal extension of a middle accessory. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine is provided with an outside frame 1 formed of a square frame with upper/lower and right/left side frame bodies 26-29, a middle frame 2 openably/closeably provided in the front of the frame 1, a receiving pan 7 provided on the frame 2 and for storing game balls and a put-out means 12 for putting out the game balls onto the pan 7. At least one frame body out of the right/left side frame bodies 28 and 29 has a housing space part 38 for housing the means 12 and an outlet 41 for delivery of the ball. The frame 2 has a guide trough 16 for introducing the ball to the pan 7 and an inlet 17 communicating with the outlet 41. An anti-ball-drop means 45 is provided near a communication part in which the outlet 41 and the inlet 17 communicate with at a closing of the frame 2 for preventing the ball from dropping from the outlet 41 at an opening of the frame 2.
