PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a proper curving driving control according to a driving force transmitting condition to a bent portion. SOLUTION: The output of a potentiometer 35 is converted to a position signal in a scale converting section 1003 via filter 1002 position control is carried out as an absolute position signal via switch section 222 when a clutch is cut off by a clutch mechanism section 36, further the output of an encoder 30a is counted by a counter 1000 position control is carried by making the counted position signal an absolute position signal via the switch section 222 when the clutch is connected by the clutch mechanism section 36, switching the output of the encoder 30a and the output of the potentiometer 35 by the switch section 222.
