PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous rotation of an ashtray and easily rotate the ashtray when collecting waste. SOLUTION: The ashtray 21 is attached to a bearing part 23 rotatably between a use position and a waste collection position. A turning lever 36 is rotatably journaled to the side of a front door 12 with a pin 37. The both ends of the turning lever 36 are formed with long holes 36b and 36c. The long hole 36b is inserted with a pin 26 in the side of the ashtray 21. The long hole 36c is inserted with a pin 28 in the side of the water collection lever 27. The pin 28 is upward energized by a spring 32. A guide rail 29 guides a lever body 27a of the waste collection lever 27 in the vertical direction. The ashtray 21 rotates from the use position to the waste collection position by pushingly operating an operation piece 27b of the waste collection lever 27.
