<p>A slit (12) extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in the main body of a connection plate (10) and thin coupling portions (14) which can be blown out with an instantaneous reactive current during welding work are formed at the opposite ends of the main body of the connection plate (10) where the slit (12) ends, thus forming a closed slit. Consequently, impact of the reactive current is reduced, stabilized welding is ensured even when copper is a main material, and handling performance and workability of welding are enhanced.</p> |
