A method for providing consulting services includes assembling a pluralit y of solutions or recommendations designed to promote cost savings and impro ved operational efficiency of a business enterprise, categorizing at least a subset of the plurality of solutions or recommendations into groups, select ing client-relevant solutions, recommendations or groups from the plurality of solutions, recommendations or groups based on information received from t he client, prioritizing the client-relevant solutions, recommendations or gr oups into a prioritized list of client-relevant solutions, recommendations o r groups, and successively presenting to the client, over a predetermined am ount of time, each of the client- relevant solutions, recommendations or gro ups from the prioritized list of client-relevant solutions, recommendations or groups. The consulting service is preferably subscription based where the delivery of the recommendations are parsed out to the client over the cours e of months or years so that the client can easily adopt the recommendations one at a time.
