A fan dry coil unit of an air conditioner for a clean room is provided to prevent frosting of condensed water by conducting heat exchange twice via first and second cooling pipes in a dual tubular way structure. A fan dry coil unit of an air conditioner for a clean room includes first cooling pipes(21) of a predetermined diameter connected to a supply header(13) at a cold water inlet(13a), and second cooling pipes(23) surrounding the first cooling pipes, wherein the second cooling pipes are connected to a recovering header(15) at a cold water outlet(15a). The second cooling pipes are arranged in a plurality of lines, wherein neighboring ones of the second cooling pipes are connected to each other by curved connection pipes.
