FR---5912 M (A) Compds. of formula (I) with appetite inhibiting activity:- - (I) where R1 = H or (1-3)C alkyl; R2 = H or (1-4)C alkyl; R3 = halogen, CN, CF3, or CH3; R4 = H or halogen; R3 and R4 together can be methylenedioxy. - (B) Acid addition salts of (I). - (C) Compositions contng. (I) for oral or rectal use. Dosage 20-100 mg. - Anorexic agents with reduced CNS stimulant activity.
