Provided are a crosslinking agent for a polymer electrolyte, a solid polymer electrolyte composition containing the crosslinking agent which is excellent in ion conductivity at room temperature, electrical stability and thermal stability, a solid polymer electrolyte thin film coated with the composition, a polymer electrolyte for a lithium polymer secondary battery containing the composition, and a lithium polymer secondary battery containing the composition. A crosslinking agent is a phosphate-based acrylate represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are independently H or a methyl group; and n is an integer of 1-20. The solid polymer electrolyte composition comprises 0.1-95 wt% of the crosslinking agent of a formula 1; 0.1-96.8 wt% of at least one plasticizer selected from a polyalkylene glycol dialkyl ether represented by a formula 2 and a non-aqueous polar solvent; 3-40 wt% of a lithium salt; and 0.1-5 wt% of a curing initiator, wherein R3 and R4 are a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl group; R5, R6 and R7b are H or a methyl group; and o, p and q are an integer of 0-20.
