摘要 A connecting structure of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) using an anisotropic conductive film, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for estimating a connecting condition using the same are provided to secure stability in a connecting process and to enhance reliability of a product by confirming a mutual connecting state of a target connecting member. A connecting structure of a PCB includes a plurality of thermally pressed target connecting members(100,200) using an anisotropic conductive film(300) including conductive particles(320) with an insulating adhesive(310) as a base material. At least one of the target connecting members has a flexible characteristic. The surface roughness of the target connecting member is 0.3 to 5.0 micrometers. The target connecting member is an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit).
