METHOD FOR ONESTAGE RECONSTRUCTION OF OPEN DEFECTS OF NOSE WING AND NOSE TIP

The method for one-stage reconstruction of open defects of nose wing and nose tip comprises taking of petal-shaped flap from the cheek skin along the nasolabial fold and reconstruction of natural multilayer structure of nose wing. The reconstruction is performed for all three basic layers of nose wing and nose tip. The internal lining is formed by the inverted on 180 DEGREE skin taken from the defect edge; the cartilaginous skeleton is reconstructed by the cartilage taken from the auricle by form and size of lateral wing cartilage defect; the external layer is reconstructed by the turn of petal-shaped flap of the cheek skin, taken along the nasolabial fold from the defect side.
