POWER APPARATUS WITH STANDBY POWER

A power apparatus with standby power is provided to detect an AC power by offering an additional rectifying passage replacing a broken electric current passage of AC(Alternating Current) power when a power switch is off. A power apparatus with standby power includes a first rectifying unit(100), a second rectifying unit(200), a power switch(SW), a rectifying passage circuit(300), and an AC detecting unit(400). The first rectifying unit(100) rectifies the AC power of an AC power unit(50) to supply a main voltage(Vm). The second rectifying unit(200) rectifies the AC power of the AC power unit(50) to supply a standby voltage(Vs). The power switch(SW) is connected to an AC live line between the AC power unit(50) and the first rectifying unit(100). The rectifying passage circuit(300) normally forms an electric current closed loop of the AC power through a half wave rectifying passage when the power switch(SW) is off. The AC detecting unit(400) supplies a detecting signal(Sd) having the normal or the abnormal information of the AC power by detecting the AC power through an AC neutral line of the AC power and a live connection node.
