A cellular phone capable of displaying information on a keypad is provided to simply display receiver/sender numbers or characters on the keypad even without being equipped with a separate display and to make the size of key pad big due to arranging the key at entire front, therefor various concepts of designs are available while a thin cellular phone can be realized. A body(10) is equipped. Transmitting/receiving parts(11,12) are disposed in random upper and lower sections on a front side of the body. A keypad unit(13) is disposed between the transmitting/receiving parts, and displays receiving/sending signals. The displaying of the receiving/sending signals is conducted by combinations of number keys and function keys of the keypad unit.
