A method for measuring the moving speed and direction of a ball is provided to simply measure the speed, direction, and movement distance of the ball by using impact power computed by integrating power generated when the moving ball collides with a screen. The method for measuring the moving speed and direction of a ball is composed of an impact generating unit(10) having a screen(11) and a frame(12) and generating impact by bumping against the moving ball; a measuring unit(20) for measuring power acting when impact is generated, by installing sensors(21a,21b,21c,21d) at a part where the screen and the frame are connected; a computation unit(30) executing a step of calculating impact power by integrating the measured power by time and a step of computing the sped by using the mass of the ball and impact power; and an output unit(40) displaying the result of the computation unit to a user.
