A data structure for digital contents and a digital content distributing/managing method using the same are provided to release resistance for buying the digital content with a charge, maximize profit of a digital content seller, and contribute to smooth distribution of the digital contents by allowing the customer to resell the digital contents. Life information including at least one available use frequency information and expiration information from a digital content file by forming the ad-hoc network between the first and second customer terminal(S604). The first customer terminal requests purchase of the digital contents by transmitting the extracted life information to the second customer terminal(S606). The first customer terminal receives an approval in response to a purchase request from the second customer terminal(S608). The first customer terminal transmits the digital content file to the second customer terminal and deletes the corresponding digital content file(S610).
