A fine-dispersing sprayer to treat plants contains a cylindrical body with internal and outer threads at one end thereof, a hexagon drive, a nozzle as the end spherical surface of the body with an opening at other end thereof, a swirler with a cylindrical vortex chamber with tangential channels, which is screwed by outer thread thereof into the internal thread of the body, forming a ring collector, into which liquid comes through four channels as openings in the swirler between the surface of the body and the swirler. To lower the consumption of the liquid due to increasing specific surface area thereof by increasing the fineness of spraying, the tangential channels and openings in the nozzle are made as openings shaped as a truncated hollow cone narrowing in the direction the swirl-chamber.
