Process of repair protection of concrete structures includes cleaning of face surface of concrete structures with removal of dirt, opening small cracks, washing with water, filling all the cavities and cracks with concrete or cement-sand solution, leveling surface, drying surface and application to face surface of protective polymer coating. As protective polymer coating one uses organosilicon repair compound on basis of low-molecular organosilicon synthetic rubber, fillers and binding agents as three components, that for cleaning of face surface with removal of dirt is performed through hydro-abrasive treatment with washed quarts sand of fraction 0.5-1.0 mm with control of feeding pressure within 5-12 kg/cm2, after washing with pure water one performs drying of the surface, filling of all the cavities and cracks and leveling of surface, after that one mixes just before use three components of repair organosilicon compound, this is with palette-knives, rollers applied to dry face surface, first the first layer of the newly-prepared repair compound with consistence of dense sour cream, and at once repetitively one applies the other layer, this completely cures during 72 hours.
